Submission format<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

For all paper calls, please submit 8-12 pages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A template for the full paper submission is available in Microsoft Word<\/a> and Latex<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Papers should be submitted in PDF format. This PDF paper should NOT contain any name or affiliation (blind paper).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may include videos in MP4, WMV and AVI format. For multiple videos, please use a zip file. Please note that there is a maximum file size of 40 MB per submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IMPORTANT<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please indicate your preference in the right track in EasyChair:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the first call, choose the Visual Computer track:<\/strong> (submission deadline: February 10, 2024)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the second call, indicate your prefered publication track<\/strong>: either Proceeding Book, or VRIH journal , or CAVW journal (submission deadline: May 2 , 2024<\/s> Extended to May 9, 2024<\/strong> )<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the second call<\/strong>, at the final stage, the program chairs will make the final decision on which paper goes in the book or journals mentioned above. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
