Each accepted paper must have at least one Full Conference registration paid by the early-bird registration deadline (June 20, 2025)<\/span><\/strong>, without student discount; otherwise, the paper will be removed from the corresponding journals and the conference proceedings. Please note that, even if only student authors attend the conference, one Full registration is still mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both Full and Student\nregistration include access to all conference and workshop sessions, coffee\nbreaks, lunches, program, Reception, and Banquet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accommodation and travel are not included in the registration fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation\nPolicy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations\nare required to be made up to 1 month before the conference start; otherwise,\nno refund will be issued. Fees apply for all approved refunds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Chargeback Handling Fee<\/strong>: HK$400 for each chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal arising from the processing of Registration Fees.<\/li>
