Each accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one conference registration paid no later than June 10, 2026.<\/strong> A single registration should be used for only one paper and cannot be shared across multiple papers. Papers without a full registration by the deadline will be withdrawn from the associated journals and from the conference proceedings.<\/p>

For all paper submissions, the page limit is 8-12 pages.<\/p>

Papers should be submitted in PDF format. This PDF paper should NOT contain any name or affiliation (blind paper).<\/p>

For\u00a0CGI conference<\/strong>\u00a0submissions, all papers must strictly follow the\u00a0double\u2011blind review<\/strong>\u00a0requirements. Authors must ensure that the manuscript and all supplemental materials are fully anonymized, including removal of names, affiliations, acknowledgments, grant information, identifying self\u2011references, and links or materials that reveal author identity. Self\u2011citations must be written in the third person, and no metadata or supplemental content may contain identifying information.\u00a0Any violation of these anonymity guidelines will result in automatic rejection without review<\/strong>.<\/p>

You may include videos in MP4, WMV and AVI format. For multiple videos, please use a zip file. Please note that there is a maximum file size of 40 MB per submission.<\/p>

For the first call, choose\u00a0TVCJ journal\u00a0track:<\/strong>\u00a0(submission deadline:\u00a0March 12, 2026<\/strong>). Authors may refer to https:\/\/link.springer.com\/journal\/371\/submission-guidelines<\/a> for format information and template at the publishers’ website for this track.<\/p>

A template for the full paper submission is available in\u00a0Microsoft Word<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Latex<\/a>.<\/p><\/div>

For the second call, choose LNCS conference proceeding track<\/strong>: (submission deadline:\u00a0April 20, 2026<\/strong>).\u00a0For the second call<\/strong>, at the final stage, the program chairs will make the final recommendation on which accepted paper goes in the book (LNCS) or journals (\u00a0The Visual Computer journal<\/a>\u00a0or Computer Animation and Virtual Worlds Journal).Authors may download and use the LNCS template available at\u00a0https:\/\/www.springer.com\/gp\/computer-science\/lncs\/conference-proceedings-guidelines<\/a>\u00a0 for the second track submission.<\/div>
