Visual Computing for Ophthalmology is an emerging field that combines computer vision, image processing, and machine learning to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases. The goal of this workshop is to bring together researchers and practitioners from the fields of visual computing and ophthalmology to discuss the latest advances in technology and their potential applications in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of eye diseases. Topics of interest include but are not limited to:

  • Automated diagnosis of eye diseases using imaging data
  • Segmentation and registration of ophthalmic images
  • Detection and tracking of ocular landmarks
  • Virtual and augmented reality for ophthalmology
  • Deep learning for ophthalmology applications
