  • Revised Paper Submission Deadline: April 20, 2025
  • Final Notification of Revised Papers: May 15, 2025

CGI Proceedings (LNCS Book), CAVW Journal, VRIH Journal

  • Submission Deadline: May 2 4, 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance: June 5, 2025
  • Revised Final Paper: June 20, 2025

Submission Guidelines

For all paper calls, please submit 8-12 pages.

A template for the full paper submission is available in Microsoft Word and Latex.

Papers should be submitted in PDF format. This PDF paper should NOT contain any name or affiliation (blind paper).

You may include videos in MP4, WMV and AVI format. For multiple videos, please use a zip file. Please note that there is a maximum file size of 40 MB per submission.

IMPORTANT: Please indicate your preference in the right track in EasyChair:

For the first call, choose the Visual Computer track: (submission deadline: February 18 20, 2025)

For the second call, indicate your prefered publication track: either Proceeding Book, or VRIH journal , or CAVW journal (submission deadline: May 2 4, 2025)

For the second call, at the final stage, the program chairs will make the final decision on which paper goes in the book or journals mentioned above.
