Each accepted paper must have at least one Full Conference registration paid by the early-bird registration deadline (June 20, 2025), without student discount; otherwise, the paper will be removed from the corresponding journals and the conference proceedings. Please note that, even if only student authors attend the conference, one Full registration is still mandatory.

Both Full and Student registration include access to all conference and workshop sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, program, Reception, and Banquet.

Accommodation and travel are not included in the registration fees.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are required to be made up to 1 month before the conference start; otherwise, no refund will be issued. Fees apply for all approved refunds:

  1. Chargeback Handling Fee: HK$400 for each chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal arising from the processing of Registration Fees.
  2. Refund Processing Fee: HK$70 for every refund to Attendees.
