For Authors
Each accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one conference registration paid no later than June 10, 2026. A single registration should be used for only one paper and cannot be shared across multiple papers. Papers without a full registration by the deadline will be withdrawn from the associated journals and from the conference proceedings.
For all paper submissions, the page limit is 8-12 pages.
Papers should be submitted in PDF format. This PDF paper should NOT contain any name or affiliation (blind paper).
For CGI conference submissions, all papers must strictly follow the double‑blind review requirements. Authors must ensure that the manuscript and all supplemental materials are fully anonymized, including removal of names, affiliations, acknowledgments, grant information, identifying self‑references, and links or materials that reveal author identity. Self‑citations must be written in the third person, and no metadata or supplemental content may contain identifying information. Any violation of these anonymity guidelines will result in automatic rejection without review.
You may include videos in MP4, WMV and AVI format. For multiple videos, please use a zip file. Please note that there is a maximum file size of 40 MB per submission.
